What is sublimation
ink
The
definition of sublimation ink is based on the dye sublimation printing method,
which uses heat and pressure to convert ink straight into a gas without first
liquefying it. Because the ink becomes an inherent component of the printed
product and does not fade or wash off over time, the high temperature allows it
to transfer onto things without migrating, breaking, or smudging. Best sublimation
inks are therefore
incredibly reliable and durable, in addition to the high level of accuracy that
can be achieved with this sort of ink and printing technology.
The
long-lasting sublimation ink is highly recommended for a wide range of printed
products, including T-shirts and other clothes made of polyester. Sublimation
ink should be considered when approaching a printing work that requires a
detailed print. It is critical to ensure that the printed fabric can withstand
the high temperatures and pressures involved in the dye sublimation process, as
some textiles, such as cotton, may be destroyed as a result of these
conditions.
